New Updates in Vana HCM Update 9 Include:

Onboarding - Vana HCM Onboarding streamlines and automates the onboarding of new hires into the organization by offering a configurable task-based solution including the ability for new hires to complete and updates personal and contact information, direct deposit, complete and print W-4, I-9, as well as electronically acknowledge and accept required company documentation. In addition, new hires can start collaborating with the right people to ensure new hires are engaged and connected with those that matter. Administrators and Managers can view the status of Onboarding completion as well as provide information for the completion of I-9. The onboarding process can be completely tailored to different groups of employees in the organization making the onboarding process truly personalized and relevant.

Offer Letter Builder -    Vana HCM Update 9 introduces the new offer letter builder to completely automate the process of creating, sending, and receiving candidate offers of employment. When you’re ready to extend an offer of employment to the right candidate, sending an offer has never been easier, allowing users to easily build and deliver an offer of employment in real-time including the ability to send the offer by email and mobile and accept electronic signature in real-time, automatically updating the system with the signed offer letter.

Candidate Search – The enhanced candidate search allows recruiter and hiring managers to search all candidates from any external and internal source in one place. Integration with Broadbean Search enables users to perform candidate harvesting from any job board, internet, or social media outlet and automatically convert these contacts to candidates at the appropriate time.

Talent Management - Vana HCM 9 delivers significant enhancements to goals and performance management including goal plans that can be linked to performance plans to support plan synchronization, improved workflow including employee and manager revisions, and approval processing prior to communication of performance results.

Absence & Timesheets - Absence management has been enhanced to support the calculation of absence balances across user defined pay periods in addition to current and pending. Additionally, absence integration to timesheets lines for visual display during time entry for employees.

Payroll Connect - Vana HCM 9 continues to deliver significant enhancements offering the industry’s most comprehensive payroll connect tool available to easily connect with any 3rd party payroll or benefits provider. Payroll Connect now easily supports the configuration of primary and secondary position indicators, multiple components of compensation, determining worker types for inclusion, as well as support for fixed delimited width file creation.
Employee & Manager Self Service - Self Service has been greatly enhanced to provide additional information to both employees and managers at a glance including the ability to view a complete work history as well as compensation history including base, variable, and allowance based pay.
