The CoralBridge Conflict Transformation Institute (CTI), has been established to offer a full array of conflict management and dispute resolution services including training, alternative dispute system design and mediation. “Unresolved conflict is often the largest reducible expense for organizations leading to turnover, absenteeism, lost productivity, and increased litigation,” noted Jeff Husserl, Founder and Principal. “The decision to launch CTI is in direct response to client demand.
