Genghis Grill – The Mongolian Stir Fry is a build your own bowl, fast-casual, Asian stir-fry concept with a colourful, lively and fun atmosphere. Genghis Grill positions itself as an interactive style of exhibition cooking modeled after 12th Century Mongol warriors.
To support its growing catering business in addition to ensuring excellent customer service, Genghis Grill needed a dedicated solution that would give their team members more visibility into its catering operations and help its locations carefully and efficiently manage each step of the catering transaction process.
