About the Author
Patrick L. Cote has a Master of Science in Criminal Justice Management from the University of New Haven, a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice Administration from Western Connecticut State University and an Associate of Science in Criminal Justice from Tunxis Community College. He was in law enforcement for 30 years, the last 11 as police chief in three states. Most recently, he served as the director of public safety for over two years in Fort Lupton, Colo., and retired in 1999. Cote recently started a private investigator agency called Cote Investigations & Associates, LLC.
