Razoyo Delivers 100th “Razoyo On Demand” Consulting Service

Razoyo, a leader in Magento Go website solutions, has announced they’ve completed their 100th “Razoyo On Demand” (ROD) Service. The ROD packages provide custom blocks of time for clients to use whenever they need them for eCommerce consulting services.

Razoyo has served online merchants for many years and to close out 2012, the team @Razoyo completed their 100th “Razoyo On Demand” (ROD) service package. These customizable services cover everything from formatting a web page to installing shipping software or creating new content for their webstore. With the ROD service package, hundreds of potential services that would consume hours of merchants’ time can be completed in a handful of service requests.

One ROD package contains five or more service blocks that can be used however an eCommerce merchant needs. Unlike monthly subscription services, these service blocks are available for a full 12-month period after purchase and can deliver a wide variety of services. Each block is limited to approximately 30 minutes of technician or consultant time.

Managing the service blocks is as simple as reading a blog. eCommerce clients can check the availability of their blocks, make service requests, check their account balance, view prior services and service notes using their personalized blog. Items typically within the scope of a service block can be anything from a fixing design errors, setting up attributes and categories, to adding content, products or promotions.
