Mobile Enrollment, Playersoft’s player club enrollment system, has been awarded top honors by Gaming and Leisure Magazine’s CIO roundtable, winning the 2012 Platinum Award for its iPod based Mobile Enrollment platform. The Awards are given in multiple categories, including Innovation, Partnership, and Transformation. The Platinum award encompasses all of these categories and is considered the Overall Best.

Mobile Enrollment has an open design interface and can operate with any casino player tracking system. It transforms the member sign up process from several minutes at a club booth, to just a few seconds anywhere on the casino floor, utilizing an iPhone or iPod Touch. This makes the entire system lightweight, intuitive and easy to use, and can completely eliminate lines at a players club booth or anywhere players sign up. A variety of features are offered with the Mobile Enrollment product, including ‘Offline Mode,” allowing staff to collect enrollment data offsite or at any venue.
Playersoft products have gained momentum in recent months from a wide variety of casino customers since introducing the product in August of 2011. “We’ve had requests, interest and inked agreements with partners from the Gulf Coast to the Las Vegas Strip,” said de Leon. “The recognition Gaming and Leisure has given us is our next ‘billboard’ and puts us on the casino industry map in a very special way.”
Playersoft had a unique impact with Mobile Enrollment in May 2012 when Margaritaville in Biloxi became the first casino to open its doors without a physical players club booth, instead opting to use Mobile Enrollment as its virtual players club booth from day one. Since the Margaritaville opening, several resort customers have signed on with successful installations including the Atlantis Paradise Island, Bahamas, Hardrock Casino in Las Vegas and many others.
