Four weeks after the move from their London office in the Whitgift Shopping Centre in Croydon to their new headquarters in Saffron Court near Farringdon. NCP are reporting many positives from the relocation.
The creation of the London hub has offered employees an improved working environment, a consolidation of offices and puts all the teams together in one place. The move aims to bring all departments closer together and improve efficiency, customer service and satisfaction.
The London office is the first of two hub offices created. Work is currently underway to transform the Manchester office into a customer contact centre and is due to be completed in February.
