Salt Lake City, Utah (PRWEB) January 10, 2013
Connect Financial Software Solutions today announced a multi-year agreement with TEG Federal Credit Union. With more than 18,000 members and $185 million in assets, TEG selected Connect for its suite of Online Banking, Mobile, and PFM channel solutions.
“We evaluated a number of online banking providers, and chose Connect because we felt they offered a better overall solution for our members,” said Ronald A. Flaherty, President & CEO of TEG. “They really listened to what we want to achieve in the channel and stood out in their ability to meet our needs and provide the level of flexibility we were looking for.”
According to Peter Olson, Director of Information Technology, “Connect already had functionality beyond what we saw in the other providers, plus they demonstrated how they have customized capabilities for other clients to drive toward a true virtual branch solution offering; that was big for us.”
According to Joe Long, Vice President of Connect, “TEG presented Connect with very high expectations, and exacting standards. They have been very thorough, and will continue to be, which is fantastic because it helps make sure we stay true to our mission. We are looking forward to working with the TEG team to drive expanded channel delivery options and capabilities.”
