Kuehn, a 25-year veteran editor and industrial technology communicator, will be responsible for the overall strategic direction and editorial voice of Putman’s preeminent pharmaceutical print and digital titles.

Most recently, Kuehn directed media relations and editorial content management for the Building Automation Division of Siemens Industry, Inc. Prior to that, Kuehn was managing editor of Putman titles Control and Control Design. A career communicator, for more than 25 years Kuehn has covered the manufacturing and business operations of medical technology, industrial automation, power generation, energy efficiency, security, commercial automotive, processing and telecommunications industries. An award-winning journalist and video producer, Kuehn holds a Bachelor of Science in magazine journalism from Ohio University. He has three children and resides in Northbrook, Ill., where he pursues a broad range of personal interests including family, volunteering, faith, music, cooking and fitness.
