Stock Development registered another great month of sales across its Southwest Florida communities. The company signed 31 new home contracts in December worth $16.73 million.
According to Brian Stock, CEO of Stock Development the number of contracts was identical to December 2012 percent, but the dollar volume jumped an astounding 65.5 percent.
“It was a terrific month across the board and a great way to close out a fantastic year of sales,” said Stock. “Our year end sales report will likely show more than 400 sales. We have spent the year bolstering an inventory home program across all product types and are opening beautifully furnished new models in several communities throughout Southwest Florida.”
Stock also closed 57 home contracts worth $30.6 million during the month. This represented a 16.3 percent increase in closings over last year. The dollar volume was up 44.6 percent.
“Home prices are definitely on the rise as the national home market has steadily improved throughout the year,” said Stock. “Our homes are selling with more options and upgrades than in previous years.”
At Lely Resort, a total of seven neighborhoods of flats, townhomes, coach homes, twin villas, single-family homes and estate homes are offered with prices beginning from the $200s. Lely has earned five consecutive Community of the Year awards.
Homeowners have access to the Players Club & Spa and some of Naples finest amenities. The Players Club & Spa, which currently offers over 20,000 square feet under air, is under going a two year expansion that will dramatically increase its size. The new state-of-the-art tennis complex with 13 tennis courts was recently opened. The Players Club & Spa provides an extraordinary value for non-golfers with an abundance of activities coordinated by a full-time staff, including saunas and whirlpools and a 3,500 square foot state-of-the-art fitness center.

Less than a third of Fiddler’s Creek will be developed for residential use, while the remainder of the land is dedicated primarily to nature reserves, lakes, parks, golf courses and recreational areas.
Amenities include a 54,000-square-foot Club & Spa, fitness center, resort style multi-pool swimming complex, Har-Tru tennis courts, tot lot and restaurants.
