Author M.D. Miller pens a heartwarming and endearing tale of friendship that is tested through time — a brotherhood like no other — in Eli's Tears. This book unravels a story of two very different audacious men and how they experienced together the joys, pains and success in life through their travels after the collapse of the world as we know now. It is a wonderful book that reminds readers that true friends are worth more than any treasures.
Raymond (Dude) and Eli have been friends for many years now. They shared peculiar and memorable experiences together. Their friendship started when they met on the Appalachian Trail. Raymond saw Eli crying under a tree and Raymond realizes that it was the first time he saw Eli broke down. This gave him the realization about the many years that had gone by and the many experiences they had together. Raymond realized that through time, he did not really know the true personality of his long time buddy and travel mate or much about the characters they had met along their journey. This pushed Raymond to walk down memory lane again, and started to think where their friendship really started, the many people they had met and the long talks and advices they offered to each together.
Eli's Tears is a wonderful and delightful journey of two friends trying to make the most out from life. Their voyage had given them many things to ponder about life, love and dreams. Miller aims that this book will inspire many readers to value more the essence of having friends who can offer genuine comfort, undying help and passionate love.
