A securities class action alleging violations of the anti-fraud provisions of the federal securities laws on behalf of Longwei common stockholders has been filed in the United States District Court, Central District of California (Case No. 2013-CV-00058). No class has been certified in the above action. A shareholder of Longwei’s common stock during the Class Period between May 17, 2010 to January 3, 2013, may move the Court, no later than March 5, 2013, to serve as Lead Plaintiff; however, certain legal requirements must be met.
