The article mentions that the recipes in this cookbook all provide a picture of the dish, and are tested to assure maximum flavor. “There are stovetop suppers; soups, stews and chili; casseroles and baked dishes; salads; sandwiches, burgers and pizzas; and pasta and other noodles,” mentioned the article.
According to the article, the book talks about the health benefits of choosing a vegetarian lifestyle, as less meat protects against heart disease, cancer, and other diseases. The article also ends with a couple of recipes found in the book that you can try and get an idea of how good the book is.
