About the Author
Susan Hutt was born and raised in North Bay, a fairly small city in northern Ontario, Canada. She moved to the United States when she was 50 years old. Some of her recipes are in metric, as Canada changed to the metric system in the early 1970’s, and some in the old fashioned method.
