A beautiful, sunny California day provided the perfect backdrop for a fresh start to the New Year for some Southbay residents. My Fit Foods of Hermosa Beach hosted local business pals, Studio Pulse in launching the first ever “Ride for Charity” event benefiting the National Organization, “No Kid Hungry.” Locals came out to participate in a 40 minute Spinning class and 20 minute Sculpt class held in the parking lot that provided one killer workout, followed by My Fit Foods signature marinated chicken, a protein-rich meal to recharge and re-energize tired muscles and restore energy.
Studio Pulse (Redondo Beach) and My Fit Foods(Hermosa Beach) have been working together in the Southbay over the past year combining their offerings to bring a simple solution to losing weight and staying healthy. “You don’t actually have to look far to find balance in your diet & workout routine. We decided to team up and offer a once a month “Workout and Recharge” event to help people stay fit, lose weight and reinforce the importance of a long-term healthy diet and exercise plan,” says Kyler Allison of My Fit Foods. "Small steps lead to big rewards", says Hedi Alavi of Studio Pulse. The combination of healthy food, a great workout, all in an effort to support No Kid Hungry is a win-win situation.
