The International Builders Show is an opportunity for builders to find out about emerging technologies that can help them better serve the needs of buyers.

Jimmy Diffee, Vice-President and Chief Effectiveness Officer for The Bokka Group, has been chosen as a selected speaker at the 2013 International Builders Show in Las Vegas, NV on January 22-24.

Diffee will be presenting at two new sales and marketing education programs during the Builders Show, including: Email 2.0: Taking Your Campaigns to the Next Level and Online Sales Counselors: Change the Game, Set More Appointments & Create Exceptional Customer Satisfaction. The 2013 International Builders Show marks Diffee’s third year as a featured speaker for the show’s sales and marketing education series.

During the International Builders Show Diffee will be sharing details from The Bokka Group’s Home Buyer Conversion report, the industry’s most comprehensive survey of how digital tools influence a home buyer’s decision to purchase.

Diffee references the survey to cite the increase of mobile device technology and the expanding importance of Online Sales Counselors as two key issues for home builders in 2013.

For Email Marketing 2.0: Taking Your Campaigns to the Next Level Diffee joins co-presenters Tammie Smoot, Regional Sales Manager for Builders Digital Experience and Leisa Weintraub, Marketing Director for Neal Communities. The panel will share new ways to reach buyers with mobile technology as well as how to improve open rates and click through rates, and how to grow an email lead list.

For Online Sales Counselors: Change the Game, Set More Appointments & Create Exceptional Customer Satisfaction Diffee will be co-presenting with Julie Engelman and Maurie Jones of Wayne Homes, Leisa Weintraub of Neal Communities, and Robert August of North Star Synergies. The presentation will include information about how to hire, train, and compensate Online Sales Counselors to produce more appointments and sales.
