Search technology names one of company’s principal co-founders as new CEO.

SearchForce, a leading provider of performance-based technology for managing search and social media campaigns, announced that current company President Dhiren DSouza will be taking over as the company’s Chief Executive Officer effective immediately.

DSouza said, “There are currently a significant set of brand advertisers looking to migrate off their existing platforms for reasons that include chronic reporting delays, lack of service attention, a need for excessive customizations, and just a plain lack of product flexibility for supporting specific vertical needs.”

With a deep background in statistical inference and machine learning, DSouza’s experience includes co-developing a financial trading system for IXNET, a Global Crossing company. He has a B.A in Mathematics and Computer Science, an M.S degree in quantitative finance and an M.S degree in computational statistics and machine learning from Rutgers University.
