BTG has vast potential - not only to provide a simple, straightforward transformation process and a whole host of additional support resources, but to create a powerful, relevant business community
Chester (PRWEB UK) 17 January 2013
Business Turnaround Group (BTG), who provide a range of powerful tools, skills and unbeatable support resources to businesses looking to significantly improve their performance, launched their new website yesterday – providing a global knowledge and resource portal for business owners, managers, consultants and trainers - enabling positive transformation of any organisation in 90 days or less.
The BTG concept was devised by three friends and experienced business executives, Steve Shoulder, Steve Ellis and Ken Padgett, who between them had many years experience working at board level and in driving programmes of significant business improvement. The team were fuelled by the disappointment they’d all experienced first-hand - often with expensive consultants who had failed to deliver on their initial promises - and wanted to find a more cost-effective way for business owners and senior managers to deliver great improvements in their company’s performance.
They devised the concept of providing resources to management that would allow them to oversee a business transformation personally, to develop these skills within the business and therefore to add sustained value to any client – based on a straightforward 8 simple step process. The team also realised that the tailor-made solutions they were providing could also be offered to consultants, in the form of professional training, to help them deliver a better service for their clients.
Subsequently the BTG team has expanded with the appointment of two further highly skilled and experienced professionals. Brian Gaunt, a seasoned CEO and Interim Executive and Terry Wheeliker, a world-class people skills coach, have allowed BTG to provide clients with a knowledge base that spans the full breadth of the business spectrum.
‘BTG has vast potential - not only to provide a simple, straightforward transformation process and a whole host of additional support resources, but to create a powerful, relevant business community’ says Steve Ellis, CEO. ‘We expect the portal to provide tremendous additional value by bringing together like minded professionals, by enabling access to specialist support through our ‘Ask An Expert’ functionality and by offering a viable and more attractive alternative to traditional business consultancy’.
BTG HQ is in Chester, UK, but the team also has a strong presence in the USA and Asia and plan to organise transformation seminars in each of these regions each year.
