Although thousands of federal contracting jobs were available, Groeber discovered that finding qualified applicants to fill them could be a laborious and expensive task. She founded Exfederal.com as a user-friendly solution that connects contractors who want to hire experienced government personnel with applicants who want to use their federal experience to transition to the government contracting industry.
Exfederal.com has two offerings - government contracting job postings and a searchable database of applicant resumes. The database is mostly comprised of applicants with former or current federal experience, especially clearance positions, which employers can search using detailed filters that allow them to find the exact candidates they need.
