Bullhorn’s recruiting and staffing clients can now leverage an expanded set of hiring solutions from TalentWise’s HPM platform including electronic applications, electronic offer letters, new hire forms and more

TalentWise, the industry-leading Hiring Process Management (HPM) solutions provider, and Bullhorn, the global leader in recruiting software, announced today the completion of an enhanced integration of the TalentWise Hire™ platform with Bullhorn’s applicant tracking and customer relationship management system for more efficient and consistent hiring. The pre-integrated solution will enable Bullhorn’s recruiting and staffing clients to leverage an expanded set of hiring solutions from TalentWise’s HPM platform within the Bullhorn applicant tracking system interface including electronic applications, electronic offer letters, new hire forms and more. Bullhorn customers leveraging the solution from TalentWise will continue to be able to seamlessly conduct skills and behavioral assessments, employment background screening, occupational health screening, and employment eligibility verifications (Form I-9 and E-Verify) within Bullhorn’s interface.

As a Bullhorn Alliance Partner since 2010 and one of the first partners to showcase its pre-integrated solution in the Bullhorn Marketplace™, TalentWise has designed its enhanced solution to be turnkey and cost-effective, giving Bullhorn staffing and recruiting customers a one-stop shop for all of their hiring needs – using a single online platform. Bullhorn customers that use TalentWise’s solution will be able to select, screen, and onboard candidates more efficiently and compliantly while improving the candidate experience for their clients. Bullhorn customers can request to have the TalentWise solution enabled within days through the Bullhorn Marketplace – where users can easily find all the staffing and recruiting apps and services they need to manage the entire recruiting process, integrated with the Bullhorn system.
