As head of the CALA business unit, Bortman will build Celltick’s market presence further and drive growth and operator relations in the region.
Prior to joining Celltick, Fernando was the Vice President and Customer Business Executive of the Caribbean and Latin America Division at Amdocs for ten years, where he was instrumental in engineering key landmark deals with leading carriers such as America Movil and more. Fernando also served as Implementation Director for the Amdocs AT&T Account in North America.
