To do this, one should refine search by job and a 25 mile radius from the home or business. It can be broken down further by industry, company size, the job itself, etc. Advanced search also provides a way to create warm introductions.

Another LinkedIn tip is to reach out to people who have viewed a LinkedIn profile. To do this, one should utilize the main page of their profile, where there is a section called "Who's Viewed Your Profile," which provides the number of times the profile has been viewed and the number of times it's shown up in search results. One can then click on the 'Who's Viewed Your Profile' section and reach out/message the the viewers that are unknown.
