With more than four decades of experience in litigation and debt collection, Data Transformation Corporation will showcase its latest innovation at the DBA International Annual Conference starting February 5th in Las Vegas, Nevada. The company is expected to unveil its latest web-based solution for debt collection called DCLS Plus.

Data Transformation Corp, (DTC) will make an appearance at the Debt Buyers International Association™ (DBA) Annual Conference and Expo in Las Vegas on February 5th, 6th and 7th, 2013. DTC will be promoting its latest web-hosted solution — Debt Collection Litigation System (DCLS Plus) —at booth #733/735 in the Aria Resort & Casino Exhibit Hall. DCLS Plus has been recently redesigned by focusing on both small and mid-size firms within the debt collection and litigation industry. The DCLS Plus brand revitalization project was launched by Mr. Andrew Thrash, DTC’s CEO, to challenge the competition based on the web-application’s latest enhancements and an aggressive subscription pricing plan to help businesses in today’s economic climate.

The growth trend in the debt buyers industry is significant since the American consumer owes $11.38 trillion in debt, a decrease of 2.95% from last year. The annual DBA conference attracts over 1,600 attendees and showcases over 120 exhibitors, making it a great venue for attorneys, collectors, recovery professionals to interact and learn about the changes impacting the debt buying industry. “The conference gives our business development team a greater opportunity to interact with attendees, to better understand their goals with a web-hosted solution,” says Andrew Thrash.

This year’s DBA International Conference theme is “Soaring to New Heights," and the latest statistics in the student loans arena shows a current ceiling level at $914 billion - an increase of 7.35% from 2011. The attractiveness of buying bad debt is a growing trend in the financial industry. The lure of finding “gold” in uncollected bad debt has its risks and rewards. Other categories which attract debt purchasers are major credit cards, auto loans, telecommunications and the retail business. DCLS Plus has been recognized in previous years as a top contender in the debt collection industry trade journals. 2013 promises to bring substantial regulatory challenges for any professional that is involved in handling accounts purchased or sold. In addition, new compliance requirements now allow the Bureau of Consumer Financial Protection (CFPB) to enforce consumer-financial-protection laws within the industry.
