We nearly had the all-Harbaugh bowl last year, but we’ll definitely see it at the Superdome this year.

The conference championship games are in the books and the San Francisco 49ers and Baltimore Ravens have advanced to Super Bowl XLVII. The big game will take place on Sunday, February 3rd in New Orleans, Louisiana.

While there is plenty of time to analyze the big game, there is also time to fill up a Super Bowl squares grid. Printablebrackets.net has made the wildly popular Super Bowl squares template available for fans on its website and it’s completely complimentary.

“I’m not sure how many people had these two teams competing for the ultimate prize in football when the season began,” said Printable Brackets spokesman Zaniel Worth. “We nearly had the all-Harbaugh bowl last year, but we’ll definitely see it at the Superdome this year.”

San Francisco head coach Jim Harbaugh and Baltimore head coach John Harbaugh both guided their teams to the conference championship games last year, but the brothers were unable to lead their teams to the Super Bowl.

The 49ers erased a 17-0 deficit and rallied for a 28-24 win over the Falcons in Atlanta on Sunday. San Francisco outscored Atlanta 14-0 in the second half en route to its first Super Bowl appearance since 1995. The Niners will be going after their sixth Super Bowl title in franchise history.

In New England, the Ravens scored 21 unanswered points in the second half to beat Tom Brady and the Patriots, 28-13. Anquan Boldin caught a pair of touchdown passes in the second half to help the Ravens secure their second Super Bowl berth in franchise history. They won their only other appearance in 2000.

Super Bowl squares contests have been popular in offices and at parties for decades. The winner or winners are determined by the score at the end of quarters or the full game.

“Most football fans are very familiar with the Super Bowl squares pool,” said Worth. “For those who aren’t, we explain how the squares work and how to run a contest. Those who have been in a Super Bowl squares pool before know how much more excitement it can add to the biggest game of the year.”
