Perky’s curiosity gets the better of him and before he knows it, he is off waddling into the woods eager to explore the world. About the Author
Born in England, E. Anne Lipman grew up during the Second World War- a time fraught with ration books, blackouts, bombs, gas masks and unrest. She pursued a career in Health Care which gave her the opportunity to mix work with travel.

She has sailed from Liverpool aboard the S.S. Empress of England to Canada and has lived and worked n Sarnia, Ontario, and Calgary, Alberta, before traveling to the United State of America. The author met her late-husband in Los Angeles and subsequently lived for two years in his native Chicago. She later returned to Van Nuys and Panorama City, California to raise their two daughters, Elizabeth and Jo-Ellen.

For several years, Lipman volunteered at the Pacific Lodge Boys School in Woodland Hills, California. She now resides in Whippany, New Jersey, and spends her time with four grandchildren.
