A securities class action alleging violations of the anti-fraud provisions of the federal securities laws on behalf of MagicJack common stock holders has been filed in the United States District Court, Southern District of New York (Case No. 13-cv-448). No class has been certified in the above action. Shareholders who purchased MagicJack common stock during the Class Period between February 28, 2012 to January 8, 2013 may move the Court, no later than March 19, 2013, to serve as Lead Plaintiff; however, certain legal requirements must be met.
