MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA (PRWEB) January 23, 2013
Advanced Discovery today announced the launch of two new specialized technology tools, Advanced Visibility and Advanced Review. These proprietary tools provide key information about document review and eDiscovery projects, visually and in real time. Both tools are plugged in to run right in kCura’s Relativity with a single login, are simple to use, and do not impact database performance. Along with the company’s early case assessment tool, Advanced FirstLook, these tools provide enhanced functions and features and are exclusively available from Advanced Discovery. Advanced Visibility and Advanced Review are included on all new Advanced Discovery projects hosted on Relativity at no additional cost.
Both tools were built to satisfy legal teams’ need to gain more information easily and quickly. “Our corporate clients consistently tell us that they want to be ‘in control,’ but need better information to do that. Our law firm clients tell us they want more information and more time to practice law. We developed Advanced Visibility and Advanced Review to provide them with—and help them understand—the key information that enables better project tracking and strategic decision making,” said Brian Kawasaki, Executive Vice President, Technology Solutions at Advanced Discovery. In order optimize usability, both Advanced Visibility and Advanced Review were designed to work right inside Relativity with no additional logins or passwords, and to be simple enough that an attorney can use them with almost no training.
Advanced Visibility provides intelligent tracking of all phases of discovery projects, including forensics, filtering, early case assessment, review, production and post-production, by delivering key information. Features include:
- Real-time information
- Visual tracking of cases
- Simple interface
- Single login system
- Works inside Relativity
Advanced Review provides analysis on document review projects to improve predictability, performance, and quality. Benefits include:
- Ability to create budgets and timelines
- Greater insight into review metrics and analysis
- Ability to make staffing decisions based on reviewer statistics
- Improved defensibility by sampling and testing Technology Assisted Review
- Easily visible and understandable metrics
Advanced Visibility and Advanced Review have no impact on database performance. “We heard over and over again that information cannot come at the expense of performance,” added Kawasaki. “We worked hard to develop technology that delivers instant, real-time information with absolutely no impact on the database.”
"We always wish to thrill our clients by providing the best possible experience as well as the best possible result,” said Advanced Discovery CEO David Vandygriff. “We commit to getting the most out of technology. We are not in the business of selling software, but we are not afraid to develop it when necessary to serve our clients.”
Advanced Visibility and Advanced Review are available immediately and exclusively from Advanced Discovery. For more information please visit http://www.advanceddiscovery.com/advanced-visibility and http://www.advanceddiscovery.com/advanced-review.
