Amanda Brownfield, VP of Mission Analysis Business Unit at TASC

TASC, Inc. has named Amanda Brownfield vice president of its Mission Analysis Business Unit. In this role, Brownfield will be responsible for leadership and overall management of work for two of TASC’s intelligence customers and provide program-protection services to a broad range of government customers.
“Amanda’s leadership, energy and customer focus have enabled her to build strong teams for the benefit of the customer and the business,” says Al Pisani, senior vice president of TASC’s Intelligence Group. “Our customers are facing tough challenges, and Amanda brings a perspective that will help our customers ensure program and mission success.”
Brownfield joins TASC after 15 years at SAIC, most recently serving as vice president for a business unit supporting customers across the intelligence, defense and law-enforcement communities. Before SAIC, she served in the U.S. Army with the Corps of Engineers, attaining the rank of captain. Brownfield earned a B.A. in political science at Duke University and an MBA at The George Washington University.
