PowerShare makes the process of bundling and sending documents easy. It features a wizard that walks the user through simple steps to create a document bundle. Users can add notes to documents or to the bundle as a whole, and each bundle is assigned a unique URL that allows a user to control access.
Other features include the ability to set expiration dates for access to documents, track whether an email was received, and check how many times the bundled was viewed. PowerShare also tracks whether a specific document was viewed, how many times, and at what time it was last viewed. Supported documents include Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint files, as well as PDFs and images.
