On January 30, 2013, debt collection agency, Rapid Recovery Solution released a statement following a Leitrim Observer article, regarding Leitrim County Ireland needing to increase their debt collection rates in the new year.

According to the Leitrim Observer article, “Leitrim County Manager, Jackie Maguire, has said that the Council is committed to increasing the efficiency of collecting outstanding commercial and water rates as well as other outstanding payments such as rents, owed to the Local Authority.”
