Center Parcs, the leading UK family short break provider, reports a surge in bookings with one booking taken every minute on average in January so far. This follows Center Parcs’ best summer on record in 2012 with 98.6% occupancy, proving that families still value a short break within the UK.
With over 200 activities on offer, from tree trekking to horse riding, it is no surprise that Center Parcs remains popular with families looking to spend quality time together. For those wanting to completely escape and relax, each village also offers the Aqua Sana spa, a peaceful sanctuary dedicated to rejuvenate mind and body.
Speaking about the increase, Sales & Marketing Director, Colin Whaley comments, “We are delighted with the level of bookings we have taken in January so far. Our popularity continues to grow thanks to our commitment to continually investing in all four villages such as the recent launch of a new £4m Tropical Cyclone family water ride at Elveden Forest. We have also started the construction of lodges and leisure facilities at our fifth village, Woburn Forest, which is scheduled to open in spring next year, giving our guests even more choice when booking a short break.”
