The new floor of AdvantEdge’s expanded Washington DC business center will first welcome tenants in February 2013.
The expansion, totaling 17,075 square feet, will bring AdvantEdge’s total space at the Chevy Chase Pavilion to 43,851 square feet. The newly leased space on the sixth floor has been designed by VA Spaces and will include virtual office services, co-working spaces, day offices, full time office space, training facilities, and conference rooms. The suite features state-of-the-art technology, a 50-person training room, an upscale lounge, high definition displays with touch-panel operation, and advanced telecommunications and data services.

In addition to the expansion by AdvantEdge, the Chevy Chase Pavilion has recently undergone over $32 million in renovations to modernize the facility and make it more attractive to building tenants. These renovations give AdvantEdge tenants convenient access to some of Washington, DC’s finest new restaurants and shops, including RANGE, a 14,000 square foot restaurant by Top Chef’s Bryan Voltagio, Civil Lounge and Cigar Bar, and new retailers such as H&M.
