SensorCloud was used to rapidly plot, navigate, and extract key performance indicators on 100 billion points of time synchronized vibration data. Watch the video. The 1 terabyte dataset was composed of 100kHz machine vibration taken in 1 second bursts every ten minutes and simulated over 19 years. Embedded analytics allowed users to identify vibration frequency deviations in seconds and support long-term condition based maintenance.

The new MathEngine® analytical toolkit supported the development and implementation of processing scripts directly on SensorCloud.  By plotting a “virtual” peak frequency channel, individual burst anomalies were immediately identified.  Fast graphing capabilities enabled drill-down to raw waveform views within seconds.
