A new module available for StockTrack shareholder accounting software tracks the issuance and transfer of debt instruments (such as notes and bonds); generates interest payments; and provides statements and reports. This module makes it easy for a company that wishes to issue notes and other such debt instruments to handle the required administration such as tracking current ownership; allowing the company to redeem some or all of the debt; issuing and keeping track of interest payments; preparing account statements for note holders; preparing 1099-INT forms and issuing the appropriate files to the IRS via the FIRE system.

It provides dozens of reports for any an as-of date and generates proxy voting rights and cash distributions on a record date basis. It is in use by Commercial Stock Transfer Agents and Self Issuers, including S-Corporations, across the U.S.
