On Thursday January 31st social media management tool Engagor launches a new feature to help its users in their social media reporting. The tool already offers a very wide variety of analytics: top conversations, top influencers, KPI’s on a brand's social profiles, etc. Thanks to this new feature users can create a dashboard with only the analytics they are interested in and receive automatic reports about it.
Folke Lemaitre, CEO of Engagor, explains the need for these automatic reports. “Engagor basically consists of two main parts: Inbox and Insights. The Inbox is used to manage all your company’s social profiles and organize your customer service workflow. The Insights are the analytics: who is talking about your brand, what are the top conversations, what are the results of your own social media activity, and much more. Obviously not everyone is interested in all these analytics at the same time and that is where the custom dashboards come in.”
On these custom dashboards one can add ‘widgets’: charts, visuals, tables, KPI’s or lists of messages. Marketing Managers will typically create a dashboard with analytics on the results of their marketing efforts while Customer Service Directors will want to see how well their team is performing. Folke Lemaitre: “All these analytics were already present in the Engagor Insights, but they will now become much more accessible and that is exactly what we wanted to achieve. Being able to export everything in one single file, and even receive these social media reports automatically, was a much requested feature and we are very pleased to present it today.”
