Edina Realty's Kris Lindahl announced this morning that he will be hosting a short sale seminar in Isanti County, MN later this week. Lindahl is Edina Realty's number one short sale agent. The seminar will follow the short selling process according to a major bank's guidelines and requirements. Along the way Lindahl will discuss what steps in the process he deems to be especially important to a successful short sale.
