The International law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP is pleased that Carrie M. Risatti has joined its Chicago office as a shareholder in the Real Estate Practice. Prior to joining the firm, Risatti was a principal with another Chicago law firm.
Risatti will focus her practice on representing developers, investors and lenders in multifamily, retail and industrial development projects. She has a wide range of experience representing clients in property acquisition, construction of buildings and infrastructure, sales and leasing, construction and permanent financing, and projects funded through the EB-5 visa program. Carrie also represents clients in the acquisition, disposition and financing of skilled nursing facilities.

Risatti earned her J.D from Washington and Lee University School of Law and her B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
