The new features of the integration include: Syncing Sales Representatives from QuickBooks into SugarCRM, Syncing QuickBooks Invoices or Sales Receipts to Sugar Sales History, Syncing Product Price Levels, Syncing Inventory Sites and Levels, Syncing Customer Ship To Addresses, Syncing and Tracking Inventory Locations and Quantities on Hand by Location, Syncing of Sales History by Product and the ability to send emails to a sales manager if a price is changed from the standard price on a quote line item.
The updated features of the integration include: SugarCRM Accounts now get YTD sales populated from QuickBooks, SugarCRM Quotes to Sales Orders or Estimates and QuickBooks Items to Sugar Product Catalog.
In addition, the integration allows custom mapping of all Sugar and QuickBooks fields, including custom fields in either application. This opens the door to enabling users to create further customizations with no programming skills required.
