Berlin, VT (PRWEB) January 30, 2013
Pwnie Express announced today a newly released video contest where they are challenging contestants to identify a number of security breaches. Their latest contest, “Don’t Get Pwned – Pwnie Up” is a fast-paced video showing a number security breaches occurring in less than 3 minutes. You can find the video on their web site and YouTube.
According to M. Anthony Hughes, Director of Federal Marketing and Sales for Pwnie Express, "This contest features an entertaining awareness video that speaks loudly to some of the weaknesses that often exist in ones organization. We thought that by launching a contest focused on this video we could provide some incentive to consider the idea of testing the security posture of ones company or agency in the same manner in which it would be attacked. That's what Pwnie Express is all about - providing the right products to do so."
Many of the "pwnies" volunteered to create this video, including Hughes himself, portraying an impatient salesman distracting a secretary from the slight-of-hand shenanigans going on in this fast-paced video re-creation of a cyber crime. Some of the Pwnie Express product line is also featured in the video contest.
