About the Author
Jean Frederiksen (nee Page) was born the fifth of six children. She was evacuated at the age of 10 during the Second World War to Rushden in Northhamptonshire. Those were happy days for her. She won a prize for a poem and another for designing and painting a cover for LITTLE WOMEN.
