Izzonet.com, the same eCommerce Platform that brought seamless eBay integration and dropshipper linkage to eCommerce merchants, once again sets a new standard in online store innovation – and this time, the benefits will be felt by both the store owners and their customers.

“That’s the goal of this investment,” says Tallya Rabinovitch, founder and CEO of IzzoNet, an online eCommerce software which has made its recent debut. “After extensive market research, we determined which technologies will be most useful to online store owners. We continue to monitor those trends and work on translating those facts into a tangible, intuitive, and useful system, even if it means spending a few extra months developing a feature for our users” Rabinovitch explains.

One technology trend in particular caught the attention of IzzoNet’s developers who were impressed by the data showing that a significantly greater number of online retail purchases are carried out on smart phones and tablets as opposed to conventional desktops and laptops, and that these numbers are only rising.

According to eMarketer.com, some $24.3 billion worth of purchases are expected to be made on such mobile devices by 2016 – That’s 24% of the entire eCommerce retail market! Possibly even more helpful are the findings carried out by Adobe Systems which revealed that tablet users spend 54% more money per purchase than smartphone users do, and even 21% more than desktop users.

Just what makes tablet PCs like Apples famed iPad the “golden device” for online sellers? Because of its weight and thinness, a tablet can be taken virtually anywhere, yet its screen size and overall functionality is comparable to that of a laptop allowing the users to view product images at reasonable sizes and easier navigation. A potential shopper will make use of free time spent in the kitchen, on the subway, and yes, even in the bathroom by browsing online stores.

While the IzzoNet team is working to increase the value of eCommerce sales even more, one thing they have decided on is making sure their customers have access this multi-billion dollar market. Their newly-launched product boasts 100% responsiveness with mobile devices on behalf of all of their store designs, and it is likely that other eCommerce platforms will follow with this new industry standard.
