Let’s say you prefer FedEx – it is easy to send FedEx to the Advanced Warehouse, but when shipping to the show site, FedEx does not have union preferred status above the shipping freight companies and your shipment can get lost in the system. If you prefer to also use FedEx after the show, then it would be better for you to arrange drop off at the local city FedEx drop off point rather than give the items to the show decorator. They are going to do the same thing you would have, but they are going to charge you for it. Also, if you are doing a show at a hotel, you can take the items to the hotel front desk and they can add it to their daily pickup that we can arrange for you. By doing this, we can save YOU up to 10% on material handling charges with the show decorator." explains Heckes.
