Gary Cattermole and Jaime Johnson, Joint-Directors and Founders of The Survey Initiative, have been awarded the coveted title of ‘Guru’ by a new business body set-up to promote employee engagement, Engage for Success.

It’s a real honour to be a guru and help Engage for Success spread the word about employee engagement.

Engage for Success was launched to help UK industry get to grips with employee engagement and to encourage economic growth by releasing more of the capability and potential of our nation’s labour force. The organisation has already won support from the Prime Minister, David Cameron, and is building momentum for its employee engagement principles by organising networking and awareness events across the country.

Gary and Jaime have over 10 years’ experience of conducting employee research from running employee surveys and workshops to 360-degree feedback and one-to-one facilitation. They are highly-skilled at helping big brands and SMEs identify the main drivers for employee engagement. The pair also helps management teams employ new strategies to create better ways of working to improve productivity and wellbeing in the workplace.

Gary Cattermole believes business can gain a real financial benefit from creating environments whereby employees become truly engaged in their work and thrive. In a time of recession, management often overlook their biggest asset – their people – which is a shame as this is often a time when their staff are working harder than ever before.
