Renewable Manufacturing Gateway (RMG) today announced the addition of Walt Burlack, a well-regarded veteran of economic development, environmental advocacy and non-profit organizational management and fund raising.
Mr. Burlack previously worked at the Student Conservation Association as Vice President of the Midwest Region. He has 25 years of active participation in community advocacy, development, and non-profit organizations including leadership roles in developing and implementing strategic plans using sustainable concepts and practices for multiple organizations to build relationships between community constituents, funding resources, and public/private organizations to successfully implement and manage collaborative agendas. He has served in technical, financial, strategic, and leadership capacities with several regional and statewide environmental organizations and has an extensive background of environmental advocacy in resource conservation. His work has crossed physical, demographic, economic, and social barriers to build partnerships.
