Los Angeles, CA (PRWEB) January 31, 2013
Date for the Cure is a California Nonprofit corporation dedicated to creating events that help raise money for important breast cancer programs. The inaugural Date for the Cure Gala will benefit the amazing work of Susan G. Komen, Los Angeles County.
The Date for the Cure concept starts with the idea of creating the ultimate valentine’s date. At this luxury gala, donors have the opportunity to make their Valentine’s Day weekend memorable by having a perfect date with some of the most beautiful women in the world, while donating to breast cancer research and treatment.
This elegant night of dinner and entertainment will be held at the Sheraton Universal on Saturday February 16, 2013. Reigning Miss Universe Olivia Culpo and reigning Miss USA Nana Meriwether are two of the lovely ladies that are participating in this fundraising event. Other beauties partaking in the evening’s festivities include: Reigning Miss California USA Mabelynn Capeluj, Miss USA 2011 Alyssa Campanella, Miss USA 2009 Kristen Dalton, Miss USA 2005 Chelsea Cooley Altman, and reigning Miss District of Columbia Allyn Rose. These ladies will donate their time to this cause, which is dear to their hearts, by auctioning off a date for the evening.,
In addition to spending time with your lady of choice, this evening literally has something for everyone, including dinner/cocktails, a Live Performance by Josh Krajcik (X Factor), Paul McDonald (American Idol), Peta Murgatroyd (Dancing with the Stars), a swimwear Fashion show by A. Che Swimwear as well as a few other great surprises.
Now is the time to see if you can have an experience of a lifetime, while helping a great cause! Log on to http://www.charitybuzz.com/support/dateforthecure and contribute by bidding on that perfect date!
