“No one should be deprived of a healthy lifestyle or affording a health club membership”, said Amer Abdallah, the owner of the Lockport Athletic & Fitness Club. Abdallah, the current United States Light Heavyweight Kickboxing champion is celebrating his club’s 10th anniversary in 2013 and credits his wonderful community for the continued success of the business. “My dream was to establish a state of the art facility that could accommodate everyone’s budget and be totally result driven.” The club, located on Transit Rd in Lockport New York currently offers all their patrons “solution based” memberships. “No 2 people are built the same way.” Abdallah stated. “Everyone has their own unique goals, wants and needs. The majority of our members have never worked out in a club or on a systematic program before.” The LAFC customizes membership programs for each of their members according to their goals, history and needs. What sets the LAFC apart from other workout facilities is that they were the first in the area that let you try before you buy with no risk and no obligation. “We feel that if we can’t earn your business then we don’t deserve it. Period.”

The Lockport Athletic & Fitness club caters their membership tiers and programs through small group training, Group Exercise, Personal 1 to 1 training and Exercise Prescriptions. With memberships starting as low as $19 per month, the financial obligation is easy on your budget. The club has designed their award winning CORE360 program that they guarantee results with! Many members opt for this type of functional training often seen on shows such as the Biggest Loser due to the uniqueness of the work, low impact on the body and highest results per member.

The club has always been very community minded and always partakes in various charity functions, fundraisers and donations. From having community “Celebrities” competing in their annual Downtown Meltdown contest and donating all proceeds to a charity or other similar programs, the LAFC loves giving back to the small, tight knit community of Lockport NY that has made them so successful.

“I take so much pride being from Lockport, fighting out of and representing Lockport, living in Lockport and running my business in Lockport. I have the best members, staff and supporters, coupled with a beautiful loving family and a community I genuinely love” Abdallah said.
