On September 17, 2012, Mike Bortnowski joined Stewart Business Systems/Xerox as Director of Sales Operations. In Mike’s new role, his focus will be on developing and implementing sales support programs to scale with the company’s ongoing growth. Initiatives that Mike will drive include the Bid Response Program, internal and Customer Quarterly Business Reviews, new Product Introductions, Business Planning and additional strategic projects.
As Director of Sales Operations, Mike brings expertise on sales & business operations. He will be a strong presence in developing Stewart Business Systems service and product portfolio. He will take a leadership role in streamlining our business operations including structuring a high quality bid proposal process.
Mike received his Bachelor of Science in Business Management, Psychology Minor from Philadelphia University. He brings 25 years of senior-level program management experience in international, general, high tech product and services management. Prior to joining Stewart-Xerox, Mike worked for Hewlett Packard (HP) for 13 years in various Global Sales Support, Programs and Communications positions and for Avaya for 3 years as Global Partner Programs Director. He also worked at OKI Data for 10 years as Manager of Business Administration and Sales Support Programs.
