HealthCare Partners Hires Orange Health Solutions to Improve Star Ratings

The Patient Advocates of Orange Health Solutions will act as an extension of HealthCare Partners in-house Care Outreach Team in order to improve Medicare Advantage Star Ratings and ACO Quality of Care.

Orange Health Solutions was selected by HealthCare Partners as their exclusive partner in a mission to increase the quality of the patient experience while at the same time increasing quality and lowering medical costs. This partnership with Orange creates a seamless integration between the care outreach team of Heritage and the innovative team of patient advocates located within Orange’s virtual care team center in Jacksonville, Florida.

Orange will provide HealthCare Partners with virtual call center capability, workflow tools and oversight for HealthCare Partners hired and managed staff at their Long Island, New York offices, in addition to providing remote call center scalability using Orange hired and managed staff at the Orange center in Jacksonville, Florida. Both care management teams will be managed seamlessly for inbound and outbound calling with the goal of achieving maximum efficiencies and service level experiences, while performing patient engagement functions for both Heritage’s ACO (Accountable Care Organization) and MA (Medicare Advantage) programs.
