SMSS Vegas has confirmed case studies from GoDaddy, MGM Resorts International, and Qualcomm, with more case studies to be announced in the coming weeks.

GSMI’s Social Media Strategies Summit, Vegas, is a three day comprehensive social media marketing event that brings together experts in the field to share best practices on how social media can be integrated into an overall marketing plan to reach business goals. Laura Messerschmitt, Vice President of Social Media and Customer Advocacy at GoDaddy, is responsible for social media branding, campaigns, support and customer advocacy programs. Laura will be presenting a case study on the Customer Engagement Strategies track about how GoDaddy involved their customers in helping to transform their brand. When GoDaddy needed to rebrand itself to showcase the true mojo behind the brand, social media, customer advocacy, and Jean Claude Van Damme playing a bongo worked together to kickstart this transition. The customers themselves provided a key proof point for the new brand and helped accelerate the transition.
