A new range of balloon shaped home lighting have been designed for Czech manufacturer Brokis by designer Boris Klimek, reports Gizmodo. Dubbed Memory Lights, the product consists of multiple coloured balloon shaped balls that attach to the ceiling or wall. To turn them on, you simply pull the string hanging down from the bottom, which also acts as a switch to turn the lights on and off.
The lights appear just as translucent helium balloons in various attractive colours, such as green, yellow and blue, and are designed to complement a variety of decoration styles and tastes. The Memory Lights are also sold in a variety of sizes for around $150 each, and they promise to offer a touch of fun and visual entertainment to any home. Additionally, they are available as wall sconces.
Made of triplex opal glass, the lights have a shiny and glossy finish and come in a choice of nine different colours and three different diameters – ready for mixing and matching.
